The conference of the 192 parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, COP27, in Sharm El-Sheikh was a historic success. It also proved to be a good launching pad for bigger change best accomplished at the Spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank in 2023, a Global Summit in Paris in June and India’s G20 Presidency.
