Is This a Necessary Overhauling?
Criminal jurisprudence reforms, suggested through the three bills, fail to address the implementation concerns.

Three bills recently introduced in Parliament are intended to reform, if not overhaul, the criminal justice delivery. They consist of about a thousand sections, and to comment on them through a short write-up is not possible and certainly unfair. It does appear, though, that they are like a reheated meal with a few spices added to make a new dish.
